At Brandliy, every item is carefully sourced, inspected, and packaged to ensure high-quality standards. Because of the nature of made-to-order and custom-sourced luxury products, all sales are considered final. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
This applies to all items, including luxury-inspired products, custom-sourced requests, bags, watches, accessories, and small leather goods.
Incorrect or Damaged Item
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
We will require:

After reviewing the case, we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement or partial compensation depending on the situation.
Order Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please check with:

Your local post office/courier

The address provided at checkout
We do not issue refunds for orders marked delivered by the courier. However, we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-sourced items, special requests, or orders placed through our “Find My Luxury Item” service are not eligible for returns or refunds, as these items are sourced individually on customer request.
Color, Size & Material Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or hardware may occur due to lighting, device display, or supplier differences. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
Please refer to size descriptions and photos before placing your order.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package, the order is considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We will assist in tracking and resolving courier delays.
Refunds are only considered if the courier officially declares the package lost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as all items are inspected and shipped exactly as ordered.
