Warranty Policy

At Brandliy, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards for appearance, structure, and basic functionality.

Because of the nature of luxury-inspired and custom-sourced products, we do not offer long-term manufacturer-style warranties. However, we do provide limited support for issues that are reported shortly after delivery, as described below.


1. Quality on Arrival

We expect all products to arrive in usable condition, free from major defects.

If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. We may request:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

After review, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial compensation, depending on the case.


2. What Is Covered

Our limited coverage only applies to issues that are clearly present at the time of delivery, such as:

  • Major visible damage during transit

  • Significant functional issues on arrival (e.g., broken zipper, broken strap, non-working clasp)

  • Clearly incorrect item sent compared to the order details

Any approved resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis.


3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered warranty cases and are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, pattern, or hardware tone

  • Differences caused by lighting, screen display, or photography

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or modification

  • Water damage, exposure to chemicals, heat or impact

  • Delays caused by courier, customs, or external factors

  • Orders reported after the 24–48 hour inspection period

For watches or electronic items, issues caused by impact, moisture, battery use, or tampering are not covered.


4. No Ongoing or Lifetime Warranty

Unless explicitly stated on a specific product page, Brandliy does not provide ongoing, extended, or lifetime warranties for any products. Items are sold “as is” after successful delivery and initial condition verification.


5. Third-Party Services and Repairs

Any repair, modification, or adjustment done by a third party (such as a local repair shop) is done at the customer’s discretion and cost.
Brandliy is not responsible for damage or issues caused by third-party handling or repair.


6. How to Make a Warranty-Related Request

If you believe your order qualifies for review under this warranty policy, please contact us within the allowed time frame.

Provide:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging
